These are multi-media filters consisting of anthracite, sand and garnet used on well water systems to remove turbidity. We offer heavy and light turbidity solutions. Sand, clay, dirt and silt can make water appear dull and cloudy (which is turbidity). A turbidity filter can restore water to a clean condition. Heavy turbidity (multi-media filters) filter down to 10μ in size. Medium turbidity filters reduce turbidity down to 20μ to 40μ
